If you want a normal help please read there

Valentin, Ana has done, for her case, pretty much everything the link describes.

there is a screenshot, a description of the error, the versions.

btw did you try re-installing weaverbird?

Thanks for reply @ngs_Alex... :)

No... I don't know how to uninstall weaverbird or grasshopper... I can't find the folder in program files... Nor in the list of programs in my computer... (Hate windows 8) ...

For weaverbird options can appear in rhino and grasshopper I have to drop a file (that came with the install program) in rhino everytime I open It... :/... (Don't know if that is normal) ... but the problem of the tools not work persist...

Sorry for the bad english btw... :p

if you press the windows button + x (with x) you get a list to select the control panel. select the control panel and go to programs and features (in English) and there down in the list you can find weaverbird and uninstall it.

after a pc restart you can reinstall weaverbird and see what happens. in the meantime hopefully Giulio will chime in.

Already did that... WeaverBird doesn't appears... neither Grasshopper... only Rhino... :/

sorry i am out of ideas, except reinstalling everything.(even without uninstall)

Thanks anyway... :D ...

Hi all and thanks for the help.

First of all Ana, please could you tell me why you are performing a manual install? The normal install did not work? Anyways, the manual (xcopy) install should work but you need to be a little careful where you unzip files.

Now, let's fix the manual installation. Close Rhino. Find the folder where you originally unzipped the Weaverbird files. At best, this will not be a folder on the desktop. It needs to contain all original files. All original files need to be unblocked.

When you are done with this, just open Rhino and tell me how this goes. Otherwise, you can add me on Skype, too (address in PM).

hello Ana

orange component means there is no input. you can also see that the wire is orange to meaning that no data is flowing. there are also other colors to warn you in grasshopper like red when there is an error etc.

check grasshopper primer and have it open as you work in the beginning. it will help identify and learn the basics of grasshopper.

also you can learn a lot from the tutorials section.

Thanx to you both!!! :D ... I did it!!!

Thanx for taking the time to answer :3
