it is just a rough measure of the overall bending behavior of a shell element. It is computed as the Sqrt(m1^2+m2^2) where m1 and m2 are the two principal bending moments. For more detailed results you should use scripting where you get both the magnitudes and the directions of the two principal bending moments.

In general for a slab or plate with only out of plane loads the bending moments will align with the stresses [as the top and bottom layers' normal stresses are induced by the bending moments].

I think I get it.Thank you very much
