Total Runtime calculation

Hello Andrew,

Thankyou for a great addition! I especially found the bottleneck navigator useful HOWEVER, is it at all possible to calculate the total runtime of all the components combined? this is extremely useful when comparing different definitions.

the grasshopper window already shows a value for the total calculation time at the bottom after a complete solution. "Solution completed in x ms" or something like that

can you point that out with a screenshot ? I cant seem to find a way for grasshopper to give me that info. (screenshot attached)

should be in the lower left hand corner as seen here. It may only show above a certain time threshold.
