Hi Hesham,
I will see if Antonello Di Nunzio, the author of the Ladybug "Terrain Generator" component knows the answer to this question.

Hi Hesham,
I am sorry for waiting.
I contacted Antonello and he provided the following example file for mapping the satellite Google maps photos to terrain mesh. Component which do this are at the bottom of the definition grouped in green.

Hi

1- What is the difference between :

     create_3dbuildings_trees_streets_with_satelliteImagery.gh

     and:

     create_3dbuildings_trees_streets.gh ?

2-  when I tried the first one - I get this message:

      What does it mean?

Thanks

Rachel

Hi Rachel,

My Firefox Web browser and Grasshopper forum definitely do not go along one with each other. I wrote a reply to your question two times, only to discover today that the reply failed again.
I apologize for this.

- create_3dbuildings_trees_streets.gh is one of Gismo's example files.
It does not require any other additional plugins to be installed except GHPython (which you already have).

- create_3dbuildings_trees_streets_with_satelliteImagery.gh is a modification of create_3dbuildings_trees_streets.gh file.
It enables previewing of Google Maps satellite images on the Terrain mesh.
To do this, it requires installation of the Grasshopper plugin called: Human.
The error message that you got means that you do not have this plugin installed.

In order to install this plugin, download the human.gha from here.

Check if the human.gha file is blocked (Right click on it, then click on "Unblock" button if it exists, then on "OK". If it does not exist, then just click on "OK")
Copy the human.gha file into your Grasshopper's File -> Special Folders -> Components Folder.

Shut down your Grasshopper and Rhino. Open them again, and again open the create_3dbuildings_trees_streets_with_satelliteImagery.gh file. The error messag will be gone.

Once again my apologize for not getting this reply on time.

Thank you so much
