It seems you are using an old version of firefly.Try installing the update!

I downloaded it from their website today. could you tell me where the update is?

The newest build is firefly 1.0067 and its in their website itself http://fireflyexperiments.com/download/

or you can download from http://www.food4rhino.com/project/firefly  also.

follow their installation guidlines.

Are you using  rhino 5 64bit?There is some issue with it! see the link below
