archsim isn't running simulation

Hi everyone, I'm trying to do a simple simulation of a house (regular ortogonal geometry, nothing fancy) and it just won't run it. I opens energyplus prompt but it keep appearing this error: 1. Solution exception:It was not possible to locate the file 'c:\(...)\diva\testeout.err'.

The same geometry and setup was working on the previous versions, I've uninstalled DIVA already and reinstalled and even put em exception on by antivirus... any ideias??? Thanks!
