generative modeling for Rhino
Sometimes I am bringing in a txt file that has a lot of stuff per line. It would be nice to NOT have the text on the line wrap around if the panel is shorter than the text is long so that I can have each line as one row of txt without wrapping and have the ability to access the panel scroller... does that make any sense without pictures?
Essentially, just have a toggle so that the text on a row does NOT wrap in a panel...

Permalink Reply by Thibault SCHWARTZ on February 9, 2012 at 9:55am If I can add something to complete this discussion:
Would it be possible to add an option for importing something like custom syntax colors in XML used in NotePad++ (or a css sheet), this way the imported code would be much easier to read when (like in the upper exemple) the panel is used as a code monitor.
Simple suggestion of course, but it could be really cool.

Hi Thibault,
GDI+ does not provide any mechanisms for rendering text with different properties in one go. I'm afraid this request will be garbage collected real soon.

Permalink Reply by Luis Fraguada on February 9, 2012 at 10:39am Ok, but how about the original request?

I get it, I'll see what I can do. I thought you wanted both horizontal and vertical scrollbars, which is a lot more work.
