is there a new update of grasshopper ? the last version 2014 !

and other question : wher i can find this component (see attached image )?

That's the Number parameter.

You can get the latest updates of Grasshopper if you sign up for Serengeti (i.e. the Rhino beta process). It's free if you have a valid license of Rhino5. The latest versions of Grasshopper 1.0 only run on Rhino6.
