generative modeling for Rhino
Hi,
I know in previous versions of grasshopper, I should set the framework to .net 3.5 in VS. What about now? Does the new Grasshopper 0.8.0013 support components that developed under .net 4.0?
Thanks!

When Grasshopper runs in Rhino4, it will either use .NET 2·0 or .NET 3·5 (or anything in between, depends on what's available on the system). If Grasshopper runs in Rhino5 it uses .NET 4·0. Grasshopper itself is compiled against .NET 3·5.
I recommend you use Rhino4, .NET 3·5 and VS 2008 as a debugging platform.

Quick question, the latest version of GH runs on Rhino 4 - correct? My offices IT thinks its only for Rhino 5.
Thanks as always!
Stan

It will run on both. Though sometimes there's a brief period between a Rhino5 and a Grasshopper release where they are 'out of synch'.
