generative modeling for Rhino
What i'm gonna try is to create minimum two surfaces and in between these surfaces, GH will make a voronoi truss system for me :) am i dreaming or is it possible? :D it is such an urgent issue, so any definition or idea is appreciated, i need to understand the principle of the system to create mine. i'll upload my work progress if i manage to do something. @systemiq : i checked it and already made the qhull work, but the thing is i need to create such the qhull does between two surface or a defined space, but when i define the boundaries of the space, the thing created by qhull is much more bigger and its always like a crystal, the shape is not changing, it mirrors itself and creates such a diamond shape. :/
@ taz: i didn't notice it before, even i searched similar things on forum. i'm gonna work on it too and let you know that if that solved my issue.
btw qhull is such a powerful tool, it is working with the latest version (0.8.0010) if you correct the path and remove the system.dll from references. i'm making planar surfaces out of the curves (inner and outer ones) and with brep difference, i can get a voronoi cell structure which seems so cool. the only thing is its only creating diamond/star like a shape, i'm gonna use it as a space truss system in my project to hold the structure underneath it. so what i need to do is create this system between the surfaces that i assign somehow. any ideas?
