generative modeling for Rhino

I just wonder how can i apply a voronoi network on such a tower as in the attachment ..
anybody can help ?

In the second step, this can projected onto a surface.
important is the expansion of the pattern and the surface.
if you want the same pattern on your surface,
then you must also adjust the voronoi pattern.
by the way, when you select your surface and click to
the details-button (Properties), then you can see the properties
of your surface.
NURBS Surface
"U": degree =3 CV count = 4 (0 <= U <= 41.3728)
"V": Periodic degree =3 CV count = 19 (0 <= V <= 16)
maybe try to understand the def from "Natsuo Nakajima"?
that could take you further!
