That message box has nothing to do with data gone missing, it's about certain objects not being loaded. The [Blocks] object is part of some GHA plugin (without name or developer data). 

If you're talking about persistent data gone missing in old files, that should be fixed in 0.9.0006 (which was released yesterday).
