Have a look at the PFrame component to generate a Plane at the division points, this gives you a reliable axis system to work from.

Or offset with CurveCp. I made already the file and I will post it, even Dannys solution is looking very good. :-)

I M NOT QUITE SURE IF I M ADDRESSING A SIMILAR PROBLEM

WELL MY THING IS TO CREATE A PERPENDICULAR PLANE ON A 2D CURVE FOR A GIVEN POINT

HOW CAN I DO THAT? AN EXTRA PLUGIN OR COMPONENT NEEDED FOR IT?
