Translating Image Sampler to Wait Time for ABB Robot

I am using an ABB robot holding a UV flashlight to expose UV sensitive paper, and attempting to use an image sampler to create wait times across a grid in order to "draw" any given image. I think I am pretty close but for some reason can't get everything to agree. Can anyone help? I have attached my grasshopper file and a sample image and path.
