Structural diagrid or form using Galapagos / Karamba to test load and minimise structure

Hi

I am aiming to create a structure that will ultimately support the form located in between 3 surrounding elements. I need to structural support the central element from a number of bridges or cables. I propose to support the main forms from structure located on the external sides of each of the three main forms (highlighted in blue in the second picture). The pink highlights the area to remain relatively structure free to allow for increased views. The building will use traditional floor slabs and cores. The central element ties into the exterior cage like structure and the slabs with cables or beams (in green).

I have been advised to use Galapagos or Karamba to test and optimise the structure around the exterior. Is this the correct way to go? Would this generate a facade / structure that would adjust according to loads? Can I link ecotect analysis into the model to design for sunlight optimisation?

Apologies for the basic sketch. Any suggestions / help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Ryan
