Splitting two column of numbers

I have a text file which I read into grasshopper.  It contains two columns of numbers separated by 4 or more spaces in between.  I have been trying to use the format command to split each pair into two numbers.  Not having much luck.  It probably is straightforward but I cannot seem to see it at the moment.
