sine wave attractors

Hi all! I would like to post a question and hopefully someone can help me with it. I have a surface which i want to do a sine wave deformation coming from a bunch of attractor points. the deformation is based on each surface division point's distances to the attractor points who have their own frequencies and amplitude.
I have written a VB script to do it but its seems that only one point is affecting the overall deformation. I've attached the files herewith and hope someone can help me. please have a look . Thanks!
