algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I am struggling with what appears to be a pretty basic data tree matching problem, but i can not seem to get my head around it.

I would like to mesh these 'inflated voronoi cells' from Laurent script in the way that I have usable quad meshs.

However after hours of deliberation I have got no further to solving the issue...

Any help would be really appreciated. This attempt produces the correct result but only with one cell.

A bit awful but it seems to work.

Thanks! Certainly does trick..I just wonder if there is a more 'elegant' way....

Only issue is that it breaks when increasing the 'resolution' i.e number each curve segment is divided. But this is a great help which I can now build on.

You are welcome. There is surely a more elegant way. With code it also could be possible to subdivide more and so to keep the "roundness" (english word ?) of the curve.
