generative modeling for Rhino

Shortest path

Hey Everyone:

I am trying to work with Giulio Piacentino’s Shortest Path component, and trace some paths along mesh lines i have from a weaverbird generated topography.

And (pun intended) I am a bit lost. Thanks for the feedback.

Should work better if you don't join the edges.

Hi Monique,

yes, as Systemiq was saying, you do not need to join the edges of the mesh. All endings of curves that are within tolerance become a node in the graph. If you join the lines, then some connections will be short-circuited, as the curves will not join in a node.
