Shatter Missmatch?

Hello all

I am currently trying to shatter two lists of curves after intersecting them with each other. My goal is to have the smaller surfaces product of this intersection.

That would be the close curves in the picture, but as you can see, not all of them are match with their other pair/half. 

But there is a mismatch being generated I cant figure out why or how to solve it.

To clarify, the branches are in order, but the items inside the branches do not follow the same order in both trees.
