generative modeling for Rhino

rotate/align CPlane on surface to "orthogonal"

Hi there,

Could anyone advice me how I could rotate CPlane to orthogonal position? They are all rotated on the surface...

what I want to achieve:

Uploaded the problem surface, hope someone could kindly advise how this could be tackled. Thanks a lot!
