Grasshopper

generative modeling for Rhino

Hi all, i'm a new (and so very clumsy!) user  and i'm familiar just with the basics of
grasshopper..at least i'm starting!
i have an issue. I was given a grasshopper file with a rhombus grid, it is a very complex file, and i was wondering if it is possible to work on only 2 rhombus elements on this grid, creating a sort of double component? having a lot of rhombus surfaces, i exploded them and i used item-list to select each point at the corners of all the rhombus..so in this way i can work on 1 rhombus whose characteristics will be copyed through the whole surface...is it possible create a "list" to have 2 rhombus a time?! thanksssss

The simple answer is Yes.

You can plug multiple Integers into a List Item Component and get multiple Outputs.

No worries. Have you had a look at Rajaa Issa's paneling tools which you can use in Grasshopper. http://wiki.mcneel.com/labs/panelingcommands
