Rhino text: is it good for laser cutting?

Hello everyone !

I have 317 pieces of laser cutted wood so, for not getting lost i need to put text on the pieces and i was wondering if someone has an advise because i know autocad text is very messy when you need to laser cut. Is rhino text vectorial ?

I recommend using the Bowerbird plugin for this... it hase text that is output as lines and arcs which is perfect for laser cutting. In the examples it shows ways of orienting the text to each item you want to label.

Thanks! i've just used illustrator for this and also there is a plugin fabtool also that suits well for this purpose
