Rhino python to deal with Mesh?

hi, has anyone ever heard or seen a series of Rhino python script that deals with mesh? native Rhino mesh tool is lacking of commands to modify or edit Mesh, I was wondering if anyone has any scripting source for Polygon or mesh modelling tool inside Rhino?

to execute command such as the one u find on T-spline :

-insert edge loop, bevel, inset, Split face, etc etc etc...
