Remapping squares in limited target rectangle by Galapagos

I'm trying to remap four squares inside target rectangle by Galapagos.
I need to make the fitness function in Galapagos to be the maximum for the four squares without intersection. First, I need to know how to activate the main rectangle limitation boundaries, Second, how to attach the four squares together with maximum area without intersection.

I can not help you with the internal parameters of galapagos, but this def. will help a little. 

It is not the right solution but perhaps inspire you :P
