Relative distance from a point

Hi everybody,

I have a control point and a controlable number of random points in a specific domain.

I want to calculate the distance between the control point and each point from the random points and assign a circle to to those random points.

THE PROBLEM IS HERE:

I WANT TO BE ABLE TO CONTROL THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THESE RANDOM POINTS.

AS THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE RANDOM POINTS AND THE CONTROL POINT INCREAESES, THE SIZE OF THE CIRCLES ALSO INCREASES, BUT I DON'T WANT THESE CIRCLES TO INTERSECT WITH EACH OTHER.

THE DISTANCE BETWEEN RANDOM POINTS MUST INCREASE AS THEY GET FARTHER FROM THE CONTROL POINT.
