Re order point position for least interseccions Galapagos

Hi all,

Im wondering how can I use galapagos to re order a list of items, by moving them in the y axis.

Thinking pretty much in this kind of diagram:

So, the connections (lines) would not have to be remade with different items, but rather the items itself would move so generate the least intersection points between all the lines.

So in this case the points would move in the y direction + or - but keeping its original connection line.

Any ideas? Thanks
