Radius of arc

 Is there a component that retrieves a radius just from a simple arc or curve?

The Centre Component will give both a Centre Point and a Radius on all Arcs and Circles. If you want to check a curve then you can analyse the Curvature at given t parameters. Both Components are located in Curve Tab > Analysis Panel.
