Python script works in rhino but not works in ghpython

I'm a starter in both python and grasshopper. I'm trying to make this pattern in ghpython. The script runs well in rhino and can generate mesh patterns like the picture below, but when I import this script to ghpython it does not generate meshes.

How can I make it work in grasshopper?

Any help or tips are much appreciated.
