Projecting voronoi pattern onto a divided (planar) surface

Hi guys,

I'm stuck at trying to figure out how to project a voronoi pattern onto a surface which has been divided into planar triangles, as per the image below.

At the moment the pattern only seems to be projecting onto two of the planar surfaces (highlighted in green) with the rest failing...

Any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated.
