Problem with lofting

I am working on a definition that uses a voronoi pattern to describe a complex curved surface by mapping the voronoi, extruding each cell along a normal, and sectioning it to create a planar surface for each cell.

The problem I have is that when I try to loft the mapped cell with the extruded cell, the loft is not lofting correctly, as if the edges are not aligning. Check out the file I have attached, and the problem should be clear. The lofted surfaces should be planar but dont. Any ideas?

Does right clicking on the O input (options) and ticking the Align Sections sort the problem out. Look carefully because this doesn't fix this in all scenarios.

If it doesn't then there are some manual aligning approaches that you can do.
