Problem with installing Lunchbox

Hi,
I am trying to install LunchBox 2016.3.21, I unblocked the application and installed it. the installation was successful and the dll file is placed in the grasshopper component folder. However the Lunchbox tab does not show up. I am using Win 10, GH 0.9.0076 and Rhino5 32-bit. I appreciate it if you help me with this problem
