Problem: Unroll double curved modules for fabrication

Hi guys!

I hope somebody can help me: I need to unroll in a correct way these modules for a fabbrication with laser cutter, but the way i did the work is not correct, because I've just re-oriented on a grid the modules and then i've used a "BAKE (project)" component to make them completely planar... but in these way the curvature is destroyed because the result is too approximate, coarse. There's another way to do that correctly?
