Problem Creating Multiple New Layers

Hi,

I wrote a VB component that should take in a list of layer names and create a new layer for each name (this would eventually come from excel or notepad).  The script also creates a head layer that all the new layers will be sub layers of.  Right now, the script has no problem creating the head layer (or setting it current if it already exists ) but when it enters a loop and tries to create more layers, it fails.
