populate the objects in z-axis

Hi,

I have some result which is not exactly what I need. It´s mirrored and I don´t know how to solve it since I am not really good in commands as tree, branch, list items. Do I need any of these? If yes which one would be possible. Does anyone have an idea and has time to give me a nudge?
