generative modeling for Rhino
Hello,
Could anybody help me, please.
I have points and I wanted to connect these points with polygons. Is it possible to do in grasshopper if somebody knows, please, let me know.
Thank you,
Eva

Both are possible. The Polyline Component with C set to True will create a closed polyline. And the Move or Orient Components will place existing polygons at your new locations. Or you can use your points for the Base Planes of new polygons.

I have points and want too create polygons between these points.
I use Delaney grid to create the mesh, and I want to put polygons on this mesh.
Could you, help me, please with that. I attached file.

Thank you!!!
Permalink Reply by Eva on June 15, 2011 at 6:40pm Chris, could you tell me, please how to make edges angular instead of smooth?
Thank you again for the help
Eva
Eva,
I moved some of the points out of the XY plane. Is that what you mean?

I want to have rigid edges instead of smooth, when I use Delauney mesh I got smooth edges...I wonder, how you got angular surface instead of smooth?

Eva,
Here's a screencast showing you what I did.

I'm not understanding what you mean by angular and smooth in this case. I'm thinking that you're talking about the difference between a planar mesh and a 3-D mesh but I'm not sure.
