Pattern on a surface

Hy guys,

I've to make a surface with this pattern...any idea?

I tried to redraw the shape and pattern on a surface but is not the same result because i don't wanna see the joints...

How to do?attractors?

I think have to morph the reference box is rigth?

Please refer to this.. If you want the specific pattern you can manage an approximation by using the voronoi2d component and placing points somewhere in the centre of your cells. if you want to use this exact pattern then you have to work manually on tilling patterns, which is kind of tricky..
