Also to go along with this.  How can I get grasshopper to solve for the negative side of the parabola. Currently it only solves for the positive side.

Duh.  The series needs to include the negative numbers.

How does that function input syntax work? {x, x^2+3*x+2, 0}

Does this syntax allow for the creation of points output directly ?
