Oversight: New GHA and Custom Ribbon

Hi David,

I know this is not the best time to mention this as you are traveling and there is the possibility of it going astray, but I have made a Custom Ribbon and as expected this opens every time I start Grasshopper, which is great. However, when I add a new GHA, such as Kangaroo, the custom ribbon does not update with the new components. I have to go back to the original default and start again, its not so bad if there are only a few components but when there's a whole tab its the only way.
