generative modeling for Rhino

one slab from two

Hello,

I am trying to make one building slab from two other shapes, but I cannot find a solution how to make it in grasshopper.

Lately I have seen a VB script made for it, but I cannot find it anymore.

Do you have an idea how to make it?
