algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I am having difficulty figuring out why a set of curves with the same direction wont offset to the same side. Could someone please explain what is happening.

Thanks, Dan

Put a pFrame on each curve and you should see the Orientation of the X Vector

I have already tried to reorient the plane for the offset of each curve but the issue is that the different oriented frames don't match the offset difference as seen below.

Hey Danila,

You need to use more components in the creation of your plane to confirm that all are correctly oriented. Try using 3point plane for instance. Create 3 points from the start point of your line.

Hey Ron,

Your suggestion worked for me, but the issue in constructing a 3 point plane in this context is that I still don't have the X direction which I think is the same reason I can't offset in the right direction in the first place. My solution below seems messy but I think it should work in almost all variations. Thanks.
