Normal to surfaces

Hi guys,

I have this list of surfaces an I want to apply rectangles (that will be holes) on these surfaces. The holes on the surface are growing in size going farther from the attraction point, but there is less in less holes going farther from the attraction point.

The problem is that my rectangles aren't in the right angle. I would like them to be perfectly on the face, tangent to them. So I tried with surface normal components, but I can't make it work.

I would be really gratefull if you can help me.
