generative modeling for Rhino

Need help - Cull by lenght.

Hey guys.
Im extremely new to Grasshopper and I know next to nothing (alright, not even next, im standing right on top of the thing) about scripting.

Basically - I have a collection of circles on a plane - with their radii (radiuses) coming from a heightfield. Now i need a cull pattern which culls all values that are less then, for example, say 0.002? (I want to perforate a plate, not useful perforating the tiny ones). Oh, and a bonus thanks if you can tell me a script or something which rounds up the values from the heightfield. Hope you guys can give me some advise.
