Hi,
Is it possible to convert a mesh into Surface by grasshopper
as i know it is possible to convert mesh to polysurface in Rhino by command Mesh to Nurb

Permalink Reply by Miklós Hatvani Deák on December 19, 2012 at 7:37am I conected it to a "wbCatmullClark" (it is mesh) command and the Command "Vertices" is red. Why ?
What do you think ?

Permalink Reply by Michal Dengusiak on March 21, 2013 at 7:10am Hi, read all this comment and could not find solution for my case. I have this floor that need to trasnfer to PLANAR SURFACES. Important is that I will keep them grouped into a number of surfaces so when I select room can get calculation grid and do not need to select many tiny pieces to get room shape.
Any help would be appreciated,
Michal

Anyway, here's how you extract the naked edges. You can feed those into PlanarSrf to get one surface per room.
