Measuring surface and volume

Hi grasshopper Gangs :)

I am not an expert as you would see my file. I was wondering if someone could help me. I have modeled a chess piece which is included the Head and Body. I wanted to measure  the total volume of this chess piece (volume of Body and head) which would be a number, also the total area of the surface of the chess piece which would be a number too.

Sorry for this stupid question. Thanks guys in advance.
