Marker Arrow & Underlining Text

Hello Guys

This is my first post in this forum.

I am making Ship Midship 2d drawing with the help of Grasshopper. Now i am at final stage of dimension. I am stuck to make one arrow shape. See attached image.

Can anybody help me to make this simple arrow and text above it ?

My second question is regarding text, how to underline simple text with underline using Grasshopper ?
