generative modeling for Rhino

Map curve to surface problem

Hi,

I have what seems to be a straightforward issue, but I just can't seem to get it to work! I have a surface and I want to map (for example) a grid to this surface. Somehow grasshopper is working with a different plane or something and I can't seem to get it on the surface. I've browsed the discussion boards, but can't find anything that has helped. Thanks! (p.s. I can't seem to upload with attachments, so I just used a screenshot her)

could you post your Srf. I guess it is a problem of trimmed and untrimmed Srfs.

yes, rhino/gh sees the untrimmed srf. You get closer (I guess) to what you want if you shrink the srf in Rhino with the shrink command.
