map a graph

This time I ask something more difficult.
I have an image formed by the range of colors and I would like to extrapolate the curves that follow the color tones ... how can I do?

By using the 'point list' component you already placed, you can see that the mesh you are using doesn't contain an ordered set of vertices. I don't know how you created this mesh but if you create a mesh plane using Rhino the vertices should be ordered correctly.

Also, there is at least one wire connected to a different output than in my definition.
