lofting multiple lines

Hi! I need help by doing a gh script for dividing a surface into contours and loft multiple curves...

it should look like this but i see no other way except listing every curve

grasshopper as well as rhino cannot loft both open and closed curves.

ok i try to close them and then it should work with planarsrf?
