Landscape Project

Hello, I am currently doing a landscape project and I found this image very intriguing. Does anyone know how to do this in grasshopper? Any suggestions or comments? Thanks

1. Create a surface with the hills (By hand)

2. Contour the surface

3. Extrude the curves obtained from the surface.

4. Take out some of the holes that are in the script.
